Where we ship
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
- We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. (UPS requires a street address.)
Cost
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimums.
Processing time
- Orders placed Mon–Fri are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 12pm CT, on weekends, or U.S. holidays start processing the next business day.
Delivery time & carriers
- Standard (Free): typically 3–6 business days in transit.
- We primarily use USPS (Ground Advantage / Priority) and UPS Ground.
- The carrier/service used depends on weight, destination, and operational capacity.
Tracking
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address accuracy & delivery issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (apt/unit numbers included).
- Once shipped, we can’t reroute packages. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we’ll contact you to reship (postage may apply) or refund the item(s) once returned to our facility.
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or you received the wrong item, email support@dressymaxi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Order changes & cancellations
- We can cancel or modify an order within 1 hour of placement during business hours. After that, changes aren’t guaranteed if the order has entered fulfillment.
