Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Certain products are non-returnable: final sale items, intimate apparel, swimwear, or custom-made items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Process

We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, but your bank may take longer to post the funds.
Exchanges
We don’t currently process direct exchanges. To change size or style, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
